In a first for the Agave Heritage Festival, we are collaborating with our good friends to the north, BARCOA Agavería in Phoenix, to host our friends from even further north, The Barking Dog from Copenhagen, Denmark before they cruise down the I-10 to do a second takeover with Tough Luck Club down in Tucson!

On the first stop along their inaugural tour of the American Southwest, Barking Dog owners Carl Wrangel and Jarek Modzelewski will be hanging out downstairs with the crew at BARCOA for one night of bangin’ cocktails and good vibes. Opened in 2012, Barking Dog is widely regarded as one of Scandanavia’s best and chillest cocktail bars. In their own modest words, its just a “good bar with above average service.” Infectious enthusiasm, these guys. They also hold one of the region’s best agave spirits selections and have become a bastion for agave spirits in Europe.

While Jarek and Carl are doing their thing downstairs, Of Spine and Vine Imports will be upstairs in the cantina pouring kickass spirits from LAMATA and Mezcal Cuish! This
