Rafael Moreno has made an indelible mark on Tucson's Latin music scene over the course of his career, both as frontman for the salsa band Descarga and as vocalist and conguero for small conjuntos. The Rafael Moreno Quartet plays a mix of boleros and Latin jazz from across Latin America.
