We will cover Sonora's signature mezcal, Bacanora, and also explore less familiar distillates, such as lechuguilla. Tastings will accompany presentations by Luis Loya, Michael Hurley, Rafael Encinas, Ricardo Pico, Ohmar Acuna, and Adriana Torres & Laura Espinoza (Mujeres del Bacanora), to make the education properly multisensory!
