This year marks our first partnership with Mexico in a Bottle, a nationally recognized event known for centering agave spirits within their cultural, ecological, and social contexts. As part of the Agave Heritage Festival, this gathering brings producers, importers, and the Tucson community together to engage directly with mezcal, tequila, bacanora, sotol, and other regional agave spirits.
Taste a wide range of artisanal and ancestral expressions while learning from producers and knowledgeable guides about place, process, and tradition. More than a tasting, Mexico in a Bottle creates space for conversation, transparency, and connection across the agave community.
The evening also includes agave cocktails, live music, and light bites from local chefs, thoughtfully paired to complement the spirits.
