12:00–1:00 PM – Presented entirely in Spanish 2:00–3:00 PM – Presented in Spanish with English translation
Founded in 2020 by Félix Monterrosa and Adriana Correa, who also operate Mezcaleria Cuish, Agua del Sol works with families deeply rooted in agave cultivation and traditional mezcal production in Oaxaca. Each small batch is unique and unrepeatable — a snapshot of the region and the hands that made it.
Between seatings, enjoy a free live mariachi performance from 1:00–2:00 PM in the MSA Annex courtyard!
