Join Rufina Mezcal owner Leo Benavides and Phoenix’s Embers Chocolate for an intimate tasting that explores how aroma, texture, and place shape flavor, from agave fields in Oaxaca to cacao transformed bean-to-bar.
This is a special ticketed experience with only 24 seats, featuring five mezcal pours paired with five chocolate bites. Rufina brings small-batch expressions from a collective of mezcaleros in San Luis Amatlán, Oaxaca, while Embers (a woman-owned chocolatier) crafts chef-inspired chocolates with unexpected flavor profiles.
