Field Notes: Regeneration in Bloom centers agave as a powerful tool for regenerative agriculture in arid and semi-arid landscapes. The session explores how agave contributes to soil restoration, water conservation, and long-term farm resilience, drawing on ecological knowledge and place-based agricultural practice.

Conversations highlight agave’s ability to stabilize degraded soils, improve water infiltration, and support healthy ecosystems, while also looking beyond spirits to broader agricultural uses. A plant sale and light bites of heritage foods invite participants to engage directly with regenerative ideas through taste, touch, and shared experience.
