Recipes with Agave Syrup

Scared of refined sugars? Don't want a glucose spike? But still want that sweet treat? We have the perfect substitution for you!

Agave syrup has a lower glycemic index than refined sugars, meaning it causes a slower rise in blood sugar levels and may help maintain more stable energy. It’s also naturally sweeter than regular sugar, so you can use less to achieve the same sweetness, potentially reducing overall calorie intake while avoiding the empty, highly processed nature of refined sugars.

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter
