This course is designed for professionals and amateurs interested in developing their organoleptic analysis skills and gaining a deeper theoretical knowledge of the world of mezcal. Students are invited to awaken their sensory abilities and become proficient in everything there is to know about the Denomination of Origin Mezcal and its associated states.
The course is intense and fast-paced, covering a lot of information (and by no means all) about the world of mezcal and other agave spirits, as well as several tasting exercises, and food pairing concepts.
