New in 2026, an opportunity to taste agave spirits that don’t often show up on a bar list.
This intimate evening brings together a handful of small-scale producers — the people making distelado de agave in limited runs, with attention to place, craft, and tradition.
Each producer will share the stories and practices behind their bottles: how the agave was grown or foraged, why the batch tastes the way it does, and what “small batch” really means in their world.
Expect rare pours, direct conversation, and the chance to ask the questions that matter to enthusiasts and curious tasters alike. Come for the tasting, stay for the conversations that make each sip a story.
A selection of bottles will also be available for purchase through Westbound and Tap & Bottle so you can take home something truly special.
