Tucked inside Sonoran House in the Sam Hughes neighborhood, the speakeasy space offers a hidden-door kind of atmosphere, low light, craft cocktails, and a room that feels built for lingering conversations and thoughtful drinks.

This hands-on class features Mezcal Vago, a small-batch mezcal rooted in the traditions of family mezcaleros in Oaxaca, with each bottle reflecting the individuality of the producer and the agave behind it. Together we’ll build cocktails that let the mezcal lead, balancing smoke, brightness, and texture while learning a few techniques you can take back to your own bar at home. Come ready to shake, taste, and spend an afternoon in one of Tucson’s most intriguing hidden rooms.
