Join us for Mezcal Expressions, a guided tasting featuring a curated selection from Banhez Mezcal led by master distiller Francisco Javier Pérez Cruz.
Guests will taste multiple expressions while learning about traditional mezcal production, agave varietals, and the generational knowledge behind each bottle. From roasting agave in earthen pits to slow distillation in copper stills, each step reflects a deep relationship between land, community, and tradition.
Hosted at Borderlands Brewing Company’s Sam Hughes location, the evening offers a welcoming setting to slow down, sip thoughtfully, and explore the aromas, terroir, and cultural roots of mezcal.
